Shipping

Orders placed before 4pm on business days are shipped the same day with tracked delivery. Shipping is free on orders over €50; below that we charge a flat €4.95. We ship to the Netherlands, Germany and France — more countries coming soon.

Returns

Unused, unlit candles in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us at info@matchacandle.com and we will send you a return label. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return.

Arrived less than perfect?

It rarely happens, but if your candle got damaged on the way, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll ship you a free replacement — no need to return anything.
